Have any of you guys seen this miniseries about Jennie Jerome, Winston Churchill's American "dollar princess" socialite mother? It has been on my watchlist for the longest time - it looks so glamorous, and I love Lee Remick - so underrated! She won the Golden Globe and was Emmy-nominated for her performance here.

Yes, fantastic series with a phenomenal performance from the late Lee Remick(one of her best performances ever). I have always loved her as well as Barbara Parkins. I knew of the book JENNIE and that she was the American mother of Winston Churchhill, but never got around to reading it. Anyway, I adore period pieces and this was no exception. It was beautifully done with lots of scenes filmed in the historic places she lived. The costumes were exquisite too.I would recommend it to anyone who loves Lee Remick and historical drama.
