Decent trailer. Clarke looks charming.
Directed by Paul Feig.

Something this fluffy and saccharine and seasonal is actually what I need because I’m a sucker for shit like this.

Cute Emilia Clarke. But it looks like we've already seen this movie 100 times.

The theories about the twist in this film on twitter . lol, I think my favorite is Golding's character literally gives Clarke's character his heart just as it says in the song.

If it doesn't feature Santa Claus battling dream eating aliens I'm not interested.

Emilia Clarke’s eyebrow acting was driving me crazy in this film. First time seeing her in anything and while she is good for the most part, in certain scenes it was pretty jarring.
Also, I need Henry Golding to marry me.

Was it a trailer or the entire film? Anyway, I don't care how cliched or sugary it'll be. I'm gonna be watching it first day! Can't miss Emilia Clarke aka the most perfect woman on the planet on the big screen ❤️

nothing like a Paul Feig movie to get you in that holiday spirit. I kinda wish we'd stop trying to make Henry Golding a thing and I'm more than a little disappointed it's only going to be PG-13, but Clarke's charm/charisma has me sold. This is going to be her best performance to date.

That's a much better trailer, the first one was awful and basically gave away the entire plot.Emilia has a lovely voice too.

It says "music of George Michael". 😒 Last Christmas is a success by Wham!. I guess Andrew Ridgeley is still getting the royalties.

It says "music of George Michael". 😒 Last Christmas is a success by Wham!. I guess Andrew Ridgeley is still getting the royalties. Because... it's his music? Ridgeley (who has a cameo in the film) didn't write that song. In fact, he didn't co-write any Wham song other than "Careless Whisper" and "Wham Rap". He only played the guitar which I doubt was that crucial to success of their songs. The poster mentions both George and Wham seperately though as film uses George's solo releases like "Faith" and "Freedom 90".

That trailer is an improvement from the first one.
Still, a story we've seen many times before but at least looks like it could be fun.

I saw that in the trailer posted above. When it's a group releasing a song, it's always called a song by the group, not only by the members who wrote music or lyrics.

Trailer gives away less of the story, but does nothing to fight off the Twitter/Reddit guesses about the plot. Golding is the ghost of death and is Helen Mirrens assistant. Then Will Smith shows up as a cameo.
