Again, because the American spectrum is so fucked and the republican party is so far right compared to other countries. Our right wing party in Canada never got rid of the single payer healthcare either. Or the Canadian spectrum is so fucked. You don't have a real conservative party. Your so called conservatives capitulates to the socialists all the time that you think your spectrum is correct. So the other industrialized countries have a fucked up spectrum (which have around the same kind of spectrum), but America doesn’t? Okay. Also, no. Lol. You thinking we had to wait for cat tests and mri tests shows how much you know about Canada. Maybe other right wing governments realize that the public widely supports socialized healthcare and that it they moved to a system like America, their asses would be voted out by a wide margin.

Lol. Your using obamacare as an argument that someone isn’t right wing when it was first proposed plan by a president that was right wing and a right wing group. And? Reagan brought in big control legislation. Doesn't make it any less left wing.

I like Cody Johnston a good deal.
And for a video of him talking about Ben Shapiro for an hour, here you go:

Wan't going to watch that whole hour video but I looked this up. In his actual bit on the song he went further and said he hated The Beatles. If there was any chance of me liking this guy before it's gone. I don't particularly like the song but that's a great piano riff. The rest of the arrangement is a bit syrupy.

Shapiro interviewing Knowles on his "Sunday Special" (Episode 62) show today.........that was, um, (fairly) interesting. For those of you open minded enough to check it out or if you're fans you can find it on Youtube.
Interesting to see some of the less scripted side of Knowles not sure he'd change your politics but even a moderate Democrat like myself was nodding in agreement a bit.

I haven't but economic populism never works so I have doubts about your claim.

Perhaps though, you have insufficiently defined "works" Well Merriam-Webster's dictionary defines 'works' as "to perform or carry through a task requiring sustained effort or continuous repeated operations".

Thanks macro 101. Perhaps though, you have insufficiently defined "works" Well Merriam-Webster's dictionary defines 'works' as "to perform or carry through a task requiring sustained effort or continuous repeated operations". So that definition is entirely dependent upon the task one desires to perform and carry out. Again, terribly insufficient.

Well populist economics usually has a specific task based upon prioritising the protection of jobs of people in exchange for their votes, or in the case of authoritarian dictatorships their obedience and or worship.

Shapiro's Sunday guest today is Ezra Klein of Vox - a genuine sit-down where the far left talks to the center right (I guess).
Kind of amazed by this show even existing .....

Fucking clown. i never even said they were rightwing lmao. they are maybe, maybe moderate left, but more than likely in the center if you average most of their content together. currentaffairs type succdem stuff is center left. jacobin is pretty hard left. vox is nowhere near those two ideologically for the most part, beyond fashionable left takes that have largely been co-opted by moderates anyways.

For those who may have missed this (or don't care ) ....... Candace Owens announced last night that she's the first female conservative "star" (much less a female of color) of the Daily Wire group in 2021......should raise their profile and maybe hers too.....
