Gotta go with Dwight's story here... but we all know Marv (and Rourke) totally dominated the screen.

"The Hard Goodbye" definitely. The character of Marv has always epitomized Sin City for me. That stitched-up face and deep menacing voice, he's part gritty noir archetype and part Frankenstein monster.

Brittany Murphy gives "The Big Fat Kill" the edge.

All three are so great, honestly. It's a shame that long-anticipated sequel only had one story that could stack up against them and it wasn't even one they adapted from the comics but rather one they made up for the film.
My pick is definitely "The Hard Goodbye," though. Mickey Rourke is just a damn blast in the role and the tone strikes that perfect balance of dark, zany, gritty, and bloody that makes Sin City so good. Though Bruce Willis' story is another that has grown on me over the years, only wish it weren't Jessica Alba in the other main role for that one (funny considering she was actually good in the sequel).
