Okay..... I was lying when I said September 28th would be the last extension.
Considering a certain new crime movie that may have potential to make a dent in the list will be streaming worldwide on November 27th, I'm postponing this one final time (truly) to:
SUNDAY, DECEMBER 15th
Presentation the 16th....... crime and Christmastime baby. And anyone that's already submitted a ballot can feel free to re-submit anytime up until then.
Aaaaaaaaaaaand anyone that's pissed off about this getting extended so many times, I apologize...... and urge you to keep an eye on the TV polls section for something to tide over your voracious appetite for polls in the meantime...

I'm making my ballot and just saw that Blue Velvet is NOT listed as crime on IMDB, which feels weird to me. So does that mean it officially doesn't count?
