By the way, what proof do you have that he did?????? This documentary??? I have no proof. No one knows what happened now except for the accusers. But I find your reasoning that someone seeking a large settlement can't possibly be a true victim is pretty warped. And you're obviously not going to answer my original question, so I think we're done here. We are done here cause you have just realized that the documentary that you believed in is full of shit. That's why we are done. I have clearly stated to you that I do not believe that MJ molest those kids. Okay. That is what I said above and that is what I am saying to you now. And if you don't believe that money is a motive for people lying on other people then I don't know what to say to you. MJ was around hundreds of kids and the ones who accused him of molesting them did not go to the police. You don't have a problem with that ? Are you kidding me. Those people should have gone to the police and made sure his ass was arrested but nope that didn't happen because they wanted money. Plain and simple. This looks bad period because what it does is hurt people who are actually abused. The news needs to maintain integrity. The court system needs to maintain integrity. If that all fails then we are all screwed cause then somebody can just make up something and people will just believe it. James and Wade are liars. They are motivated by money.

So, Director Dan Reed on twitter has now changed his story, after conceding that the supposed train station abuse story of James Safechuck could not have happened at the initial date Safechuck claimed, because the train station had not yet been built, and receipts were provided. www.mirror.co.uk/3am/celebrity-news/james-safechucks-michael-jackson-abuse-14207115Reed now claims the abuse must have gone on longer, till Safechuck was 16/17, to now fit the timeline of when the station was built in 1994. Safechuck has consistently claimed for 5 years that the abuse ended in 1992 when he was 14. Reed's new claims also contradict his entire narrative around Jackson in the film, that he got bored of his alleged victims once they hit puberty, because he only wanted younger fresher boys. And those boys felt abandoned. In this new timeline of events, Jackson no longer trades in Safechuck for a younger boy at 14, but keeps abusing him till he's way past puberty at 16/17 and physically bigger and taller than Jackson. *sigh*

You didn't answer the question. Yes, I did. I said I don't know what happened. I am basing my opinion on the facts. If every single person who has accused MJ wanted his money rather then for him to go to jail where a child molester clearly belongs then I don't believe it happened to them, period. Was MJ odd, yes he was odd. But he did not molest those kids. That’s not a good reason to not believe someone was abused. Many people that are abused would take a settlement and nda over a public trial where they as a victim are vicously attacked.

There is a systemic problem around sexual abuse and rape where victims are scared to go to the police over various fears (not being believed, being embarrassed, blaming themselves, fear of retribution, etc...). Michael Jackson was a huge public figure with lots of power, it’s perfectly reasonable that someone would be afraid to go to the police and assume their accusation would be dismissed. Are you really still at the point where you’re belief is “well if you were raped as a child, or in college, or by a friend then why didn’t you go to the police at the time? So I don’t believe you.”?

What's not bullshit are the sheer mountain of lies and inconsistencies in this documentary and by the two accusers. And a new lie or inconsistency gets discovered daily. That's what we should be focusing on now. That's the fallout. That people so wanted Jackson to be unquestionably guilty that they allowed reason and due diligence to be completely clouded and insist this film and it's participants we're 100% on the level, and the "truth". Because they said so? That's it!?! The whole thing has unravelled. The train station thing is just the latest lie, and it's a whopper that completely messes up the film's central narrative. Now to fit the timeline Jackson no longer dumps his "victims" as soon as puberty hits and the attraction dies, but kept buggering them as man-size older teens. At what point do people just hold their hands up and say "I was wrong to believe these people without being more questioning?" No one likes being made to be seen like a sucker or a fool. I get it. I also understand how this film (and the Oprah aftermath interview) was cynically designed to manipulate emotions, particularly for those who have suffered genuine abuse of that nature. Those are the people I feel most sorry for.

I am talking about wade and how in a court of law he said nothing happened repeatedly. I have read both their statement s and the keep changing. wade has stated that he was bullied into testifying and he was never asked.

The judge dismissed all charges. I'm shocked I tell you.... shocked That two broke, inconsistent/lying middle aged grifters who ate for a long time thanks to Jackson's generosity, then sold him down the river in death when the freeloading lifestyle ran out and reality hit hard. All it was ever about with these alleged "victims" was money. Money, money, money. Not justice. Just a couple of hundred million dollars from Jackson's estate. Thank god the legal system has debunked these grifters, and renders trial by this utterly incompetent "documentary" useless.

Pretty much. How you gonna wait 9 years after the man's death and then say, by the way. Please. I didn't believe that bs for one second. They should take the Emmy back They won't, but it doesn't matter. This flimsy thing was specifically designed to destroy Jackson's legacy and it didn't work. All the vouching from "trusted" industry sources like Oprah and the Emmys didn't stick with audiences, which shows there is a limit to the power of media manipulation, no matter how concerted the effort is to make the public believe something is true.

I see due process doesn’t mean that much if some white guy with a pained expression on his face suing a dead black man's estate for a billion dollars tells a story that is discredited and thrown out of court (repeatedly).
Interesting the difference in sympathy with Dylan Farrow, who sounds just as pained about her claims of molestation by Woody Allen, but because so many adore his movies, they will bend over backwards to discredit her truth.
Ano Dylan didn't want a billion dollars either. She didn't want a penny.
Between Dylan and Safechuck, I know who I feel is more credible. And it ain't the grifter looking for a billion dollar payday. Good fucking riddance. Him and Robson can go work for a living. The whole thing was such an obvious grift, with so many holes in their stories and this alleged "documentary ".

Key differences: MJ has been accused multiple times and settled out of court at least once.
Meanwhile, not only Woody Allen's case was dismissed specifically because experts told Dylan had been coached, he hasn't been accused by anyone before or since.
Not only that, if the Farrows wanted, they could take the case to civil court for $1, or for millions and donate all to charity. They don't because do it because Mia Farrow would have to take the stand, they would have to allow cross-examinations, and would have to allow the defense to have equal time to speak, which they don't have to in the court of public opinion.
I'm not even saying MJ is guilty, but there's clearly a difference.

Molesting young boys in heaven is more like it.I don't know how anyone can watch James Safechuck talking about his abuse by Jackson and not believe him.The pain just radiated off him. LOS ANGELES (AP) — A California appeals court on Friday revived lawsuits from two men who allege Michael Jackson sexually abused them for years when they were boys.
A three-judge panel from California’s 2nd District Court of Appeal found that the lawsuits of Wade Robson and James Safechuck should not have been dismissed by a lower court, and that the men can validly claim that the two Jackson-owned corporations that were named as defendants in the cases had a responsibility to protect them. A new California law that temporarily broadened the scope of sexual abuse cases enabled the appeals court to restore them.

We remain fully confident that Michael is innocent of these allegations, which are contrary to all credible evidence and independent corroboration, and which were only first made years after Michael’s death," he continued. "We trust that the truth will ultimately prevail with Michael’s vindication yet again." okmagazine.com/p/michael-jackson-accuser-tormented-boy-bride-wedding-age-8/

The Gerard Depardieu of Pop Music.......believe all men Robson's case received a significant boost in August when the California Court of Appeals reversed a previous decision that had dismissed his lawsuits against Jackson's MJJ Productions and MJJ Ventures. Now, a trial conference has been scheduled for February 28, 2024, where a trial date for Robson's case will be set. www.marca.com/en/lifestyle/celebrities/2023/11/29/656780cee2704e577b8b45fd.html
