Go! I think Ed Wood is Depp's best work. Did really like Franco though.

Ed Wood is Depp's best and is a great performance while Franco isn't even that good!

Ed Wood is all about Landau for me. Depp is very good but Mr. Lugosi steals the show. And Franco's Tommy is one of my favorites. I'll go with James here without a doubt.

I prefer Depp than Franco but the truth is Landau's Lugosi was amazing.

I really did think The Disaster Artist was just going to be a rip off of Ed Wood, but in the end it seemed that was giving it way too much credit. That movie was awful, and Franco's SNL impression was fine, but in context placing it in the middle of this piece of crap movie it is impossible for me to compare it to Depp's tragicomic masterclass in one of the criminally unappreciated American movies.
