So, is Deckard still a replicant or nah?

So, is Deckard still a replicant or nah? I never subscribed to the "Deckard is a replicant" theory because it kinda defeats the purpose of the entire film, including the "tears in the rain" speech (the whole point of that speech is that it isn't one's origins that make someone who they are, but their experiences). The theory that Deckard is a replicant always felt like an attempt to add a twist where one wasn't needed. I hope that they don't address it one way or the other.
