Thought I'd list off any sort of "on the fence" performances and let everyone vote on it, to see if the following performances should be included in the poll:
(Feel free to add any others you think should be debated on, I'll edit the post to add them to the list below)
Mia Kirshner - The Black Dahlia Robert Blake - Lost Highway Dennis Hopper - True Romance Lindsay Duncan - Birdman Marlon Brando - Apocalypse Now (though consider the theatrical cut) Roberts Blossom - Home Alone Kevin Bacon - JFK John Candy - JFK Brittany Murphy - Sin City Michael Cera - This is the End

I think Roberts Blossom should be fine for inclusion and although I FYC'd her, after reconsidering it, I don't think Brittany Murphy should be so I left her off my ballot.
I would suggest Michael Cera in This is the End for discussion. I would resend my ballot to include him if people were in agreement on him being eligible.

I personally think they all should be considered eligible, but then, I think that you should perhaps change it from "one-scene wonders" to performances under 10 minutes in duration.

Well do you have some name for a blend between the two perhaps, as Liam Cunningham in Hunger, for example is in more than 10 minutes, but is a one scene wonder. Something like "Short but sweet" performances but not so lame.
