So I'm not talking about those much adored films that you just don't care for, as how you feel about the film overall doesn't matter. I'm talking films, which have moments / scenes in them, that have over time become iconic, but these moments leave you cold, not impressed or you just can't take them seriously.
Here's a few of mine...
Dirty Dancing This is what made me think about this topic, as that much loved 'lift' moment in the "(I've Had) The Time of My Life" dance number seems like something incredibly lame and not at all impressive. I mean honestly, that's what they've been working up to the whole time?
One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest
I dunno, perhaps I'm heartless or something, but those final moments for McMurphy and Chief always left me a little underwhelmed.
A Few Good Men
I've always struggled to take the whole Cruise and Nicholson "You Can't Handle the Truth" part seriously.
The Shining This one has a few, but the main one is that I always crack up at 'REDRUM', I just find it hysterically funny and I doubt Kubrick intended that.
You have any of these?

I get the sense you aren't a big Nicholson fan. Add The Departed to the mix, because I consider the porn theater scene and the rat imitation to be some of the worst moments of 2006 in cinema, and it's entirely because of him.
To answer your question proper, it's the entirety of Taxi Driver for me.

The final Russian roulette scene in The Deer Hunter has got to be one of the dumbest things I've ever seen. Why the hell is the revolver re-spun between each attempted shot? What an effective way to kill your basic dramatic tension.

All of Gone with the Wind but I really don't get what's so great with the "I'll never be hungry again" moment. I just can't stand Scarlett O'Hara, though.

It should be powerful, but it's undermined by all of the BEAUTIFUL COLOR IMAGERY that Fleming insisted on throwing in there. It's hard to take her hunger seriously when standing in such a lovely picture.

All of Jerry Maguire...........much of Forrest Gump...........
But nothing can compete for me with the very least scene of SPR and "Earn it" which belly flops the ending (a Spielberg specialty) when the entire power inherent in the film was profoundly existential (anonymous men dying on Normandy Beach - who are they........does it matter?) and fatalist (a squad goes out in what is sure to be a hopeless mission that will end in Death to save 1 man who likely will be dead already).
The last scene of that film is a truth - yes, men died for you and you should "earn it" - but that real life truth (and much of what immediately precedes it) removes the Art from the movie. Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaate it.

Too many to name. Some that come to mind immediately:
Everything in Forrest Gump.
Everything in Whiplash.
Just about everything in The Shawshank Redemption.

The whisper scene in Lost in Translation was the first to come to mind.
Its Bill Murray; he probably said he farted or something.

I love the movie, but the escape from the gallows is what I always hear singled out as the best moment in The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly, when I think that scene is just alright and I can think of probably a dozen better moments in the movie. To address some of the OP's- The thing with the Dirty Dancing ending is that for most the movie (although I'm not really a fan of it regardless) it does a pretty good job developing a sense of place and a specific atmosphere. I wasn't there so I can't attest to this, but a lot of people say it does a great job of capturing the feel of those Jewish summer camps in upstate New York. But then the movie ends with everyone inexplicably dancing to a synth filled super 80's pop song even though it's supposed to be 1962 or whatever. Just a real headscratcher. I find most of The Shining to be extremely funny so I'm probably not the one to evaluate scenes like that. I don't know/care to what extent it was supposed to be. That A Few Good Men scene is right up there with my favorite scenes of all time, though. I'm not a big fan of that movie, but that line is great. Always makes me laugh out loud. Don't know whether that old man or Marilyn Monroe was the MVP of that movie.

Was ready to like this before I saw the Blue Velvet gif That moment was spot on and showing Dern's ridiculously over the top reaction to the situation was essential to what Lynch was going for with all the confused/scared sexual behavior going on in the film. The other ones suck though for sure, especially that scene in Platoon.

Haha, I think the joke didn’t landed properly, she’s overreacting to our soldier who also has no reservations to show how he feels, maybe I can find another one that fits better

Who says that? The gallows escape is one of the weakest scenes in the film, easy.
