I really like it. The worst thing about it is the CGI which was awful even for 1997 (by then there've been plenty of films with great CGI). Other than that, it's a pretty intense and gripping audience thriller. It also seems like something that would clearly be PG-13 if it were made nowadays, so I truly appreciate its R-rating and its harshness - there's some stuff that's pretty brutal here, and I don't mean just in terms of how much they show, I mean the impact of some of the violence and the terror of it.

I was a big fan as a kid. Oldman is fun and it was nice to see the little girl from A Little Princess in something else. I fear it wouldn't up well today though.
