Watch at about 25 seconds in, he gets knocked out of the frame by an extra and they keep rolling, in character, how awesome is that?

It's not 'can't keep a straight face' in the laughing sense, but Jennifer Aniston is a mess in the last scene of Friends.
Also this:
No wonder Gosling doesn't do theatre.

Just watched this recently. I was laughing so hard I almost didn't realize the actor opposite George C Scott is really cracking up throughout the scene.

A lot of shitty SNL skits are saved by actors breaking (well, sort of saved... more 'made less horrible')... but this is a rare exception where it's funny because the skit is funny but also funny because they're all breaking.

Note Bruce Payne's face, can't say I blame him.

I always got the feeling LaPaglia wasn't entirely in character here.

This one too
I feel like Bill Hader is definitely about to crack up at a few points in this scene. Check his mouth at 0:13, 0:47, 2:57

The French Lieutenant's Woman - one of my all time favorite films - Irons pushes Streep - she falls as planned, but hits her head - Irons breaks character to see if she's okay - he seems about to ask, but she touches his arm as if to say, "It's fine, we're going on." - they both smile - the scene continues as normal. pacinoyes

Marvelous scene, love it - and imagine a director leaving that in, in this type of film now. Yeah right.....
Special praise for the director Karel Reisz - who never really gets much credit in the general sense - but always had something interesting going on in his stuff. Heck, in The Gambler maybe his most typical film he constructed a whole movie (mostly successfully too) about dichotomy, about should be and what actually is - (notably expressed in that movie's quintessential James Toback script as "rationality" (or "reason") vs. "desire")
The rational side here of course is to yell "Cut - Meryl are you ok?!" - but then you lose the charm, the spontaneity, the human element entirely. "Rationality" vs. "desire" it's a good question for movie directors......sad question too.

That one reminds me of this one
Another similar one is where Jennifer Jason Leigh TOTALLY breaks character when Kurt Russell smashes the guitar in Hateful Eight, but I think QT cuts away right after.
