Someone has just been randomly killing people in Tampa, Florida and is still on the loose. No trick-or-treating this year, that's for sure. Here is surveillance video of who they believe to be the killer: I thought the gait looked strange. A few commenters claim it looks like a female, but I think it looks like a young male. What do you think? |

There was one part where it looked like the person had breasts but then the next shot, they're gone. If it's a male, he does his pushups at night (despite being a twig).
Either way, they best be looking into people who are into long distance running. The person they showed running has a damn fine looking form (even when they're wearing what looks like khakis).

OMG. It appears to be a male to me. As much as I hate to say it, probably a current resident. That is what sucks about it. People are out there trying to find the person and it is a neighbor. This guy looks young too.

Fuck me, that's unnerving. Surveillance footage always creeps me out even when it's innocuous, and knowing this person is potentially a murderer makes it all the more so. I'm inclined to agree that it looks like a young male, but the perceived androgyny makes it even more terrifying: we don't know anything about the person.

It's the not knowing that scares the hell out of me. And looking at that again, I see what Fish is talking about. There is one shot where it almost looks like the person has breasts, so I don't know. Either that or the person has a skinny body with a buff chest or could possibly be wearing a bulletproof vest. Either way, unsettling footage. |

Definitely a male. I see with Fish is saying, but I think it was just a flukey angle. All the same, that is some unsettling footage.

This is the fourth person. And it's weird that it's all in the same neighborhood. The killer isn't even bothering to venture out. The police think he/she may live there. They still have no idea who it is.

They still have no idea who it is. so he decided to lay low...I definitely think it is someone who lives in neighborhood. He kills someone and then goes home. A family member is the key to solving this. Unless, he's out and someone sees him and goes Rambo on his ass. |

I still maintain my belief they should be looking out for someone who is a runner. Police should start monitoring those who do in the neighborhood.
