New York. It's more exciting and cheaper, and the people are friendlier than those in London.

Never been to London, but New York is my favorite city. I visit Manhattan at least once a year.

Only been to New York, and I'm a fan. Cool city. I always want to go London one of these days, but don't have the money sadly.

Gotta be honest - the people who want to live in Canada rather than anywhere in 'Murrica basically terrify/baffle/amuse (in the 3rd person) pacinoyes - it's like arguing April Wine over The Ramones .......literally it's exactly like that. ........but this is more like it for culture, excitement, romance, mass transit stories !?!........and obviously London has always had waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better bands than April Wine ......um..... I couldn't live in any other country but the US ......but I've been to NYC a lot - love it - maybe even more than Saskatoon (sarcasm) ............and London not as much but everytime it's been really great - but that's probably because they knew I was leaving and wouldn't have to put up with my whole act too long tbh...... and didn't want to get shitposts on MAR about treating me badly..........

I’ve only been to London once - I was 15 and went with a group from my high school. I really loved it, but I think I’d love it even more now… Having said that, New York is really hard to beat.

My only experience with London was the Heathrow airport, so I can't tell. Anyway, NY is too dirty for my taste. Garbage is everywhere.

Chicago guy through and through, huh? I love your city too by the way, though I've only been once. I ate an entire Giordano's pizza by myself.

Plenty of other cities I love but I’m def not a NY guy. And don’t have any interest in London. If you ever come back I can give you plenty more and better pizza recs.

Chicago pizza isn't pizza. If it requires a knife and fork, you're doing it wrong!

What parts of New York did you go to? I have been multiple times and I've never found it dirty or smelly.

I'm not accustomed to garbage sacks dropping liquids on the streets, but I guess Swiss standards are higher. We have underground silos to keep garbage instead of occupying the pedestrian way.

New York.
I went 2 times to NY in winter, and despite of not be my place in the world, I preffer over sunny summer London, that the only time I visited John Mayor was still the PM.-
So maybe London has change, but not for good I guess.-
Any way, I prefer Paris, Washington DC, Miami, Madrid or Rome all the way. Still my favourite cities are Viena and Budapest that are much smaller. Both looks like Montevideo but cleaner, Viena has the music and Budapest the baths.-
So I guess my favourite city is Budapest, because the baths.-

I liked NY for the most part, but definitely prefer London. The only foreign city I've been to so far that could tempt me away from Australia.

I was born and raised in Upstate NY, near Niagara Falls. I have been to NYC plenty of times. Enjoyed it each time. Never been to London. I wish people would use the word New York City, not New York. Whenever I travel outside the state, I have to use the word Western New York or Upstate. If I don’t, people will think I live near Times Square.
