I'm going to vote Big Trouble In Little China. One of the most purely enjoyable films I've seen. You can also tell how much of an influence it had on Quentin Tarantino ( particularly in the Kill Bill films).
The Thing & Escape From New York are damned great as well though.

Going with The Thing, but besides Elvis (which I’ve not seen) these are all top notch.

The DVD commentary for The Thing, with Carpenter & Russell being bemused and reminiscing is a thing of joy.

Escape from New York is a stone-cold classic, Big Trouble in Little China raised me at least as much as my parents, but most definitely it's The Thing. Hey, Sweden!

I've only seen The Thing out of these, so that got my vote.
