Vivien Leigh, and I don't think it's particularly close. Gone With The Wind is arguably the greatest film performance ever given by an actress and A Streetcar Named Desire is an all-timer.

Well for another of my signature hot takes I don't really like Leigh in Streetcar at all despite how great she is in GWTW.
OdH, Streep, and Foster all have one all timer and the other one is solid. Surprising how many of these have one dud. Voted OdH.
