It's easily the latter for me though I do NOT see him going down as "one of the greatest villains" of whatever.

Neither performances have much depth to them (not his fault) but he's entertaining and charismatic in both. I still give the edge to "Elvis".

They're both impressions of other people, but I got a lot more out of his one in Dune than his one in Elvis, which needed more, and didn't get it. If I hadn't known better, I'd have been inclined to believe he was one of the Skarsgard boys after watching him in Dune.

Pretty great in both in movies that I have reservations about. I will go with Elvis because there's more there, a great lead beats a great supporting performance almost every time.

Now that I think about it, I'm kind of surprised they didn't just cast Bill as Feyd. I am sure they thought about it but I imagine filming conflicts were an issue. Bill's had to drop out of a few projects because of it. (Plus, I gotta say, I'm more interested in his Nosferatu than what he'd do here.)
