There's nothing that gets my blood higher than talking music. I'd like to tribute the contributions of the fine and skilled women in music. First up is..... Kim Gordon. Master guitarist and bassist. Her new solo album is out. Pretty good stuff. You can hear the skill behind what made her iconic in the first place. WAY WAY MORE TO COME

Taking a break from my usual ones - Kate Clover, Amy Taylor (Amyl & The Sniffers), CMAT, Sam Quartin (The Bobby Lees) , PJ Harvey etc I always think of Molly Nilsson first ........I've posted her before too but there is no one in contemporary Pop like her really: .....creating Dance Pop, Indie Pop, Synth Pop, Euro Pop all herself - usually in her bedroom - with some of the best lyrics in those usually weak in that specific way genres........I often call her the "Indie Madonna" - um - and this song, a Pop masterpiece she had built her whole career working towards........She's the kind of artist I never like really and yet - I kinda love her and as she says in this song "Whatever I love, I always love to Death" .......
