Thoughts?
I'm guessing:
1. Oppenheimer 2. Barbie 3. Poor Things 4. Anatomy of a Fall 5. Killers of the Flower Moon
But don't pay too much attention to this ranking because I'm not really sure about anything other than Oppy tbh.

The top four seem pretty solid and I do think Lame is probably the most locked-in tech winner going into the ceremony.
The fifth slot I picked Saltburn only because it has a lot of very noticeable and flashy editing, but realistically it could go any number of directions.

And Sarah Greenwood. I think Greenwood could still lose if there's a Poor Things surge, especially as I don't think Barbie's getting the cinematography nod and usually those two categories go hand-in-hand with nominations (only three exceptions in the last thirteen years). I still have her as the frontrunner but nowhere near as safe as Lame and the Oppenheimer sound gang are.

I feel that voters aren't even gonna think about it - they'll see it in the ballot, remember how pink everything was and how they saw human-sized toy houses, and vote for it.

Maybe, but I still think there's a reasonable alternative in Poor Things, whereas I don't really see that for either of the other two categories.

I'll go with the movies that would be nominated for Best Picture in a field of five. This branch usually goes for the movies with Best Picture hype and the ones that they like, unless something super flashy is in contention.
Oppenheimer Killers of the Flower Moon The Holdovers Poor Things Barbie
I'd predict a snub for KOTFM if it wasn't for Thelma, they wouldn't dare snub her for this movie (though they did for WOWS).

Yeah, Thelma feels ironclad but they snubbed her for what I think is her best work in the last thirty years, so who fucking knows.
