That is, if you do manage to fight procrastination or you... even want to There is meditation of course, and a tip that I don't remember where did I hear it: in the morning (or after an afternoon nap) open your eyes, count to 10 and wake up and make your bed before it's over.

I'm going to say "No" but my brother was advised to meditate for his really bad panic / anxiety attacks he got as a teen and has done it for 187 years (my older brother )- and I copped some of that with like breathing exercises especially........it comes in handy when you're giving a big speech at work and stuff..........also of course it's breathing techniques actors use too when giving a long speech or having nervousness on stage etc. Also comes in handy for talking to the ladies and what not I think what it comes down to on some level is establishing a routine like that "count to 10" thing - it's tricking yourself to get through the day ............

I’d say try setting a series of small, attainable goals (emphasis on attainable), and then maybe reward yourself after accomplishing a certain number as an incentive… That's my go-to. I love a good list and you can break down goals into smaller ones as well.
