From Variety: The story is set in the idyllic town of Carmel-by-the-Sea, where ex-lovers Henry and Celia — one a CIA spy and one an ex-CIA spy — meet for dinner and to reminisce. They relive their memories of the disastrous hijacking of Royal Jordanian Flight 127, which ended in the death of all on board, a failure that haunts the CIA’s Vienna station to this day. The question is whether Henry has come to dinner to rekindle the romance or to get to the bottom of a conspiracy. It also becomes clear that one of the ex-lovers may not survive the meal.James Marsh ( The Theory of Everything) is in talks to direct. Thoughts? I've always thought they'd make a great pairing - really looking forward to seeing them together.

They both seem miscast tbh.

They both seem miscast tbh.? What would you think of the two of them in the Day-Lewis and Pfeiffer roles in a new adaptation of The Age of Innocence?

She's so realistic and he always does the movie star "I'm a laid back cool dude" thing. At least in everything I've seen him in.

I know Williams is attached to a lot of projects, some of them sound really baity like the one about going up into space, I think it's the lifestory of Christa McAuliffe, and she was also supposed to be in the Janis Joplin film that actually got Joplin's heirs permissions to use her songs unlike the one that Amy Adams was going to do, but I don't know if they'll ever happen now because she's pregnant and I'm not sure how long she might potentially take off. Looking at IMDb, she's got Venom 2, Rio, and This Is Jane. This Is Jane might not happen now, or maybe it will have to wait because it says it's announced while Rio is in pre-production. It's too bad because This Is Jane sounds like it could have possibilities, but even with the cast, that's listed at least right, of Rio all having been nominated for Oscars, I'm getting a Deception feeling, which was one of her few big flops.

For a second I thought this was an announcement for the sequel to ‘Knives Out’.
