I mean the opening being 67% male or something, does seem rather odd no?! Is that drastically off vs something like Black Adam? I’m not sure what the norm is outside of families. But I would generally expect a flash movie tied to Man of Steel and ‘89 nostalgia to be more male dominated in terms of viewership. Not sure about Black Adam but other DCEU movies have had under 60% male openings. Looked it up and it's 58% for Justice League, 57% for Shazam, 56% Man of Steel, 54% Suicide Squad, and Aquaman actually had a small majority female at 52%. That's at least a 10% drop for all of those. The DCEU brand being a wreck I'm sure didn't help either. It's telling that their two big successes are Joker and The Batman and they're both disconnected from it.

Also, Batman v Superman would have probably made close to a billion dollars, if Warner's had never cut half an hour from it.
