My personal predix (why not).
Drama Series: Succession. Actor in a Drama: Lee Jung-Jae, Squid Game. Actress in a Drama: Zendaya, Euphoria. Supporting Actor: Kieran Culkin, Succession. Supporting Actress: Sarah Snook, Succession. Directing: Severance, The We We Are. Writing: Succession, All the Bells Say.
Comedy Series: Abbott Elementary. Actress in a Comedy: Quinta Brunson. Actor in a Comedy: Bill Hader. Supporting Actor: Brett Goldstein. Supporting Actress: Janelle James. Directing: Barry, 710N. Writing: Abbott Elementary, Pilot.
Agree with the obvious consensus on the limited wins.

Poor Rhea. Again, anyone thinking she would win assumes voters actually watch these shows

Again, anyone thinking she would win assumes voters actually watch these shows What are they based their votes on then? Media hype? :/ Mostly name familiarity and recognition from earlier seasons- which is why shows and actors keep winning long after they stop being good, and if you don't win for your first season, your chances of ever winning are small.

Ooo that’s an interesting point about first season. I never considered that. I guess that explains why some of the most legendary performances never won like Steve Carell in The Office

Meanwhile you have great shows like Mr. Robot whose first season is showered in awards and then just drops off the face of the earth for the following three seasons.

so despite being wrong about a few big ones (Lily James, Hacks for best series, Waddingham, Culkin), these were my most accurate Emmy predix yet at a glorious 76%. For Emmys that's pretty damn good *pats self on back*
At the last minute I switched around some of my picks. Initially I was saying Hader and then switched back to boring Sudeikis, and for drama actor I was saying Strong before switching to Lee. I was also calling a Succession writing/directing sweep but switched directing to Squid Game last minute too. Crisis averted!

as for the wins themselves...
-- MacFadyen over Culkin is weird. I feel like Tom didn't have that much going on in S3 and this was really Culkin's season to shine. I would've been fine with another Crudup win. -- Ted Lasso's continued unearned dominance is yet another reason to be glad that show is ending soon. First season was great but outside of Goldstein & Temple, season 2 was mostly a drag. I'm ready for it to be over. -- Squid Game is massively overrated but it won for its best attributes (that first ep and Lee's performance) so I can't complain. -- White Lotus unsurprisingly swept. Happy for Bartlett and especially happy for Coolidge. -- Happy for Keaton even though I preferred the showier Stan and Firth. I'm glad Dopesick won something. -- Garner is really good in Ozark but they had no business giving that show another Emmy when Snook and Seehorn were right there. -- As much as I hated Euphoria S2, I'm genuinely thrilled for Zendaya. She knocked it out of the park.
Still haven't seen Abbott Elementary but really happy for that crew, especially Ralph who totally upset her category. Can't wait to catch up with it.

Culkin was for sure the S3 MVP, but Macfadyen is the show's overall MVP and completely, completely deserved it. There were at least half a dozen all-timer Tom moments this season that likely cemented the win for him.
Besides, the Emmys keep being a season late in awarding Succession. Culkin will get his due soon.

So Zendaya went back-to-back? I knew she had that in the bag once I saw her episode. She had the entire thing to herself and good Lord, she killed it.
