Stealing from the "Filmography" thread........."Full" is the key word - where you like everything they did...... and they had to do several albums (i.e. not Joy Division ffs) I don't think this matters THAT much in Rock and Roll - a band can be great, suddenly lose it - fine - just find another band. The only bands I own every album they made are The Replacements and The Muffs - in hard copies - for bands that made more than 5 records .
The Replacements made several of my favorite albums of all-time - The Muffs........didn't exactly........they just made records I really like - but they always put something great on it so I bought it all. Some other contenders for people might be The Beatles ........The Police had a pretty tight discography um and they made 5.......Velvet Underground - although they did an album after Loaded, that wasn''t great, yanno? If you own records - for what artists do you own all their records? Anyone?

Artists whose entire discography I own:
The Beatles The Doors Metallica Nine Inch Nails Red Hot Chili Peppers Guns N’ Roses Nirvana Pearl Jam Stone Temple Pilots Foo Fighters Primus System of a Down
I don’t love everything these guys ever did, but I can at least find something to enjoy in all their albums. I used to buy a lot more music (CDs) when I was younger, and back then I was (and still am) a completionist, so whenever I got into a band, I usually had to listen to everything they did to feel like I really “knew” that band.

Oh honey, Patti Smith has a pretty tidy and decent discography spanning 5 decades (and I love how she evolved from punk into Americana).

No joke I think it might be Bjork.

My favorite band of all time is Current 93, and I think they have the best discography.
Their early 90s stuff is the juggernaut, but... for someone who personally doesn't love many songwriters with long discographies, Current 93 being that exception takes this. I just don't have many favorites with over 2 decades of discography. I dunno why.

Would probably be Iron Maiden for me. They lack all time great albums but they have a ridiculous amount of very good or great albums. The albums that doesn't fall into that cateogory all have songs that I think are among their best (apart from maybe No Prayer For The Dying) so they all have quality.
Otherwise for bands with five or more releases I would say that Alcest are high up. I consider at least five of their six albums to be really good. Radiohead would be another one.

As far as I can tell, for me there are only two bands that I really like all of their albums: Rotting Christ and Epica. But there are also several bands from which I dislike only one of their albums, while finding everything else pretty great (even masterful), with Summoning, Elvenking and Amorphis being the prime examples of this.

Hard to beat John Lennon here with obviously The Beatles, and then two classic solo albums, scattered great singles, and generally 3-4 really good songs even on his later albums in his solo career.
Although if Thom Yorke puts out another solo album/side project as good as Light for Attracting Attention I'd have to consider him too if you combine that with his Radiohead work.
HM's to George Harrison with All Things Must Pass as the cherry on top of his Beatles career and Damon Albarn with Blur, Gorillaz, Good the Bad and the Queen, and some alright solo work.
