One of my all time favorite cuisines! Let's discuss... What are some of your favorite dishes, do you have a favorite restaurant, etc.

The best best best!!! I have it everyday and I'll never tire of it. And this makes me miss my home. 😍😭 There are soo many regional dishes to choose from, but I think the south indian food esp. idli is my favorite.

I'm lucky to live in an area with a high Indian population, so lots of delicious options in terms of restaurants for me. My absolute favorite dish is probably chicken tikka masala, but I have been really loving (and craving) chicken saag lately.

There's a great Indian place near me I go to every few weeks, my go-to order is their chicken korma, garlic naan, and carrot halwa (a dessert so good it'd win over even the deepest of veggie-fearers).

carrot halwa (a dessert so good it'd win over even the deepest of veggie-fearers). This is on the menu at the new Indian place we're trying tomorrow night - I'm going to order!

Biryani rules. My favorite Indian dish from what I've tried. And it's hard to go wrong with chicken tikka masala, a classic.

Grew up with my parents making Korma and Tikka Masala, so they both hold a place in my heart.

I love lentil daal with rice and sag paneer the most. Also love garlic naans, stuffed parathas, samosas and paneer pakoras. I love anything paneer related.

I'm Bengali so can't never go wrong with Kolkata biryani and kosha mangsho. Love South Indian food too. Also butter naan with either chicken or paneer reshmi butter masala.

There's no one Indian cuisine. Just like the country the food is diverse too.
South Indian for breakfast and Thalis. Tamil Nadu for breakfast items like Dosa, Idly, Vadai. Karnataka and Andhra for vegetarian meals. Kerala for sea food.
I haven't tasted much north Indian but i like Punjabi cuisine. Punjabi Dhabas are famous down south. Also Bengali sweets are love.
Finally the most popular food. The Biryani. Don't be fooled with vegetable biryani, it's not biryani. Also no offense to my fellow Indians but your Biryani sucks.
Look for Hyderabadi style dum biryani. That's the one you gotta taste.
