I've noticed a lot of you have some cool avatars and some of them are quite obscure . If you would be so kind to describe where your avatar is from I would appreciate it!
As for me, I have Garrett Hedlund looking like an absolute pimp (in Death Sentence) .

Oh honey, I am wearing vintage Shia 2014 and making a statement: I am no longer just your commonplace gorgeous & talented movie star, but also Art!

It's from the movie La La Land which came out in 2016 starring Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling and was directed by Damien Chazelle who also directed Whiplash which came out in 2014. It's a musical/romantic comedy and it won 6 Oscars and my avatar is a scene from the film La La Land.

The Black Caudron provided me with my username, so profile picture goes hand in hand. I know its much maligned, but it means a lot to me.

Heath Ledger as the Joker is my all time favourite performance and his sarcastic clap is one of my favourite little moments from him.

You can go sit in a corner. I much prefer J.T. in his Leeroy Jenkins mode to most of the "beloved" members of the cast. He doesn't give a shit about his "legacy"; he won his first time in a perfect game and now delights us by throwing curveballs left and right just for the hell of it. He needs to be on every season, mucking up everyone else's game.

Yes he did play a statistically perfect first game and I respect him for that but HvV and GC has just proven how instrumental Fish was to his first game. He made ridiculously stupid moves and he isn't doing it 'for the hell of it', he's just dumb. Yes I'm bitter about Malcolm .

He made ridiculously stupid moves and he isn't doing it 'for the hell of it', he's just dumb. Yes I'm bitter about Malcolm . I think he needed Fish for sure to clean that season as thoroughly as he did, but Fish needed him just as much (as evidenced by his Cambodia showing; I love Stephen, but he was a disaster and even if he hadn't gotten blindsided, no way would he cut Jeremy, who was his new J.T.). Together, they make the perfect Survivor player, but J.T. lacks restraint and introspection, whereas Stephen needs the confidence and charisma that J.T. has in spades. I still don't think J.T.'s HvV move was that bad, as I feel it was a high-risk, high-reward scenario that could've paid off in a big way had he been right. He wasn't, and he paid for it, and yes, we can laugh at him for giving an idol away to the biggest villain the show had ever seen . . . but from J.T.'s perspective, if he had been right, he would've made the biggest move the game had seen up to that point and all but guaranteed he was winning if he made it to F3. I would say J.T.'s biggest failing as a player is trusting people at face value; he put too much trust in Russell and Brad, and he paid for it. But even you gotta admit that J.T. is never boring TV. I'm not the biggest Malcolm fan; he's fun and easygoing, but I feel he was best when he was paired with my all-time favorite Survivor player (the winner of his first season). Since then, he's rocked a pretty mighty chip on his shoulder, and even though he got taken out unfairly due to a twist/Wild J.T., I don't lament his boot.
