There aren't any book "worlds" that I would want to live in. They all seem either crappy economically or filled with unpleasant people.

Stett catching up to his signature more day by day I myself would love to hang out in Oscar Wilde's England - where everyone's well-dressed, sassy and nuts. Wonder how long I'd survive.

Great question.
In peaceful times it would be fun to walk through Middle-Earth or Raymond Feist's Midkemia or attend Hogwarts. Other than that Jane Austen is a great choice.
