Actually looks like it could be better then the first film (which I like), and the second one (which I enjoyed). I like how serious they've been selling the film as, and the message seems to be more in line with the first Cars film, which is good. Amazingly I think there's only one joke in the entire trailer. Definitely seeing this one in the cinemas, although it's Pixar, so I would have seen it on the big screen regardless.

It's G that's surprising. I'd have assumed that having sequences of peril would have gotten it a PG. The MPAA is so inconsistent, it goes without saying.

For me, I'm not all that crazy about this movie series from Pixar. But it does look like it could at least be miles better than the second movie. Like it tries to connect back to the narrative or theme of the first movie.

Okay, I'm actually kinda surprised that the MPAA would actually invoke a G rating again. It feels like a rarity now...

Seriously, how does MPAA work anyway? n

I'm glad to see the gang is back in Radiator Springs.

Indeed. Dory was as pure as the falling snow, and it still got a PG, for goodness knows what reason.

The Cars trilogy all got a G while Finding Dory received a PG, for some reasons, to a G rated Finding Nemo. G ratings are seriously getting underused while PG ratings at times are essentially treated like default substitutes.
