Huge for Venom: LTBC. If that holds, and it's not frontloaded, this could be the best pandemic opening weekend after Black Widow.

I wish someone would tell WB that. The Matrix 4 would make this in a heartbeat without that same-day bs.

I wish someone would tell WB that. The Matrix 4 would make this in a heartbeat without that same-day bs. After watching arguably the best trailer of the year and then at the end see "See it in Theaters AND on HBO Max 12.22.21"I'm like Losing out on alot of money WB is.

Massive for Venom. Given that it lacks Black Widow's theatrical / streaming issue, there's an extremely strong chance it could be the highest grossing-movie of the pandemic era.

Venom: LTBC had a big Saturday bump. Movie's playing incredibly well, and proves that the first film was actually very well-liked.

That's an incredible opening weekend for Venom 2 Hats off to Tom Hardy, Woody, director Serkis and everyone else involved in that film. It'll obviously (most likely) have a huge drop off in its 2nd weekend (there's that little indie film coming out that weekend. I think its called No Time to Die or something like that. It'll probably have a rather big opening weekend. Just a guess though) Still, all things considered way to go Venom!
