Scrambled but an omelette will do also - which can be maddening if I'm hungover (often) and in a diner (often) where I have to hear ludicrous things from an apparent food assassin like "Sir, do you want your Western Omelette with cheese?" I have never heard of Western or Denver omelettes with cheese and certainly never eaten it - I don't even know what that is ........that's basically anarchy ........ Also I deeply and irrationally fear sunny-side up eggs with their cold, gelatinous "eyes" staring at me, until I have to stab them repeatedly to stop them from .......judging me.......FU sunny-side up eggs..........you don't know what I've been through

Over medium.
I need the whites cooked thru but like a runny yolk.
Outside of that scrambled or an omelette.

Usually scrambled, but I like them all ways honestly.

I tend to go Sunny Side-Up but I'm also a fan of omelettes but those feel like they're in a different category to me since they're often mixed with other ingredients, same as huevos rancheros. Scrambled is 2nd and hard boiled a distant 3rd.

In baking or something like fried rice. I never eat them by themselves.

Any way you give them to me, I'll eat them.
That said, I voted scrambled because it's the one I make most often because it's so quick. Crack 3 eggs in the pan and use the spatula to scramble them... throw in a bunch of butter right before they're almost done and boom. Salt and a lot of pepper a the end. Solid breakfast.
