Does this mean that I can listen to Cosby's comedy sketches in public again without being yelled at by passers-by?*
*This actually happened to my mother while walking down the street

ruling that the prosecutor who brought the case was bound by his predecessor’s agreement not to charge Cosby.
Somebody's getting sued.

And Allison Mack only got a 3-year sentence. Fucking disgusting. Did you see her apology letter? Whatever. I can't believe she actually had the nerve to say she thought she was helping people.

This is in no way an exoneration of Cosby. It's a technicality, he made a deal with the prosecutor to shield himself from prosecution that was ignored during the trial apparently. Read the article, guys, no one's saying he didn't actually do it.

This is what happened per his lawyer I agree if the prosecutors broke the law he should be released but this should not be cited to say that Cosby didn't do what he was accused of, as I'm sure some people who only read headlines will do. The criticism should be that the deal with Cosby was made in the first place, not that the prosecutors are now being held to it.

Well, the average person gets their news from Facebook so they are beyond clueless. It appears to be more than a technicality, they screwed with the statute of limitation dates. What needs to happen is changing laws rather than trying to make a case.

If you're getting acquitted for a reason other than "there's a lack of evidence you did it" then it's a technicality.

Major fuck up from the prosecutor.
Cosby should not be viewed as innocent or acquitted of his crimes and is certainly owed no apologies. But the 50+ women he raped sure are.

Mickey fuckin' Rourke. Gotta love him.
EDIT: With that said, I do think that as well-intentioned as this post is, he might've given too much information about the abused party that there might be people sleuthing to find out who she is.

When the feelings are more importante than the sense. That kind of injustices happen.- For that's is important the free speech and the due process.-
It's very easy to blame Phylisha Rashad, what's trully difficult is to understand that the process was wrong, partially because million of people demanded that. Coming soon Weinstein will be out of jail for this. And the women and social movement are partially responsable.-
Any way blacklist a woman for defend her friend and TV Partner-Husband (that make her extremely rich and famous) is stupid.- She has the right to defend her friend, even if all the evidence is against him. She has the guts to defend him in the bad moments. I don't defend Cosby, I think he is guilty, but common internet is too fascist right now.-
