Mark Rylance - annoyed by my relentless bashing of him for his 2020 acting (whatever Mark - deal with constructive criticism for once pal) has decided to shut me up and win the Triple Crown. Well, alrighty then.....
Here’s a huge transatlantic project for you: The team behind Golden Globe-winning BBC/PBS drama Wolf Hall, including Oscar winner Mark Rylance, are reuniting to make cybersecurity series The Undeclared War for NBCUniversal streamer Peacock and UK broadcaster Channel 4.
The six-part series is written and directed by seven-time BAFTA winner Peter Kosminsky and is housed at Emmy-winning producer Colin Callender’s UK and New York-based production outfit Playground. NBCUniversal International Studios is co-producing. deadline.com/2021/04/the-undeclared-war-mark-rylance-simon-pegg-peacock-channel-4-peter-kosminsky-1234744728/

The Television Academy doesn't usually care for this kind of projects unless there's some cool factor to them, but I hope Rylance will at least get a narrative to propel him to the Triple Crown.

Rylance/Kosminsky is a really underrated actor/director pairing.

This sounds like thrilling, ripe stuff. And I like those other thesps in the cast, Adrian Lester and Alex Jennings....
