Will the election be settled, and paper ballots counted etc. ..............will the winner be settled the day after voting or will the results drag beyond that?  |

It could possibly be in the AM hours the next day but I don't think that's what you mean. I doubt there will be a 2000 situation. Trump might make some hay if he loses but he will not actually challenge the election results.

This poll closes in 2 days ......I really don't think that the mailed in ballots - giving what's been in the news the last 2 days - will be fully settled/resolved until a couple days after the 3rd at best.......maybe I'm misreading it but seems ominous.......  |

I hope so, but I’m very pessimistic that things will go that smoothly. I’m even more pessimistic that Trump’s meddling is going to lead to him stealing the election.  |

Trump has even admitted he is trying to defund the post office to stop Americans from voting, not to mention all the other screwy things that Republicans in red states are doing to undermine democrats from voting, and I'm basically worried about a potential future panic attack, because November 4th is looking to be a LONG night. |
