The only Scorsese movies I put above The Irishman are from the 70s - Mean Streets and Taxi Driver.

The only Scorsese movies I put above The Irishman are from the 70s - Mean Streets and Taxi Driver. That is one huge compliment for The Irishman!

I think Wolf is the best here but all three are great.

I think Wolf is the best here but all three are great. I’m not going to lie, I have no idea where I’m leaning right now with regards to this one. So it’s fun to see what people have to say about it.

1. Irish 2. Wolf 3. Hugo
And I like Hugo, mind you...

That's tough, as while Hugo is a very fine and perfectly lovely film, the Irish Man and Wolf are two of the best films I've seen. How to decide between them...
I'll give Wolf the edge, purely for the laughs.

Three excellent movies that all rank amongst my favourite Scorsese's, but it's definitely The Irishman.

I think Hugo is one of Scorsese's masterpieces. An all-around beautiful film and technically fantastic. This is also one of the rather few times that Scorsese really perfectly builds up the story arc for me.
Wolf of Wall Street and Irishman are very good films, but have a few more flaws and also have a less interesting story.
