I haven't seen all of these but am putting this as "famous" to differentiate De Niro and Pesci's (terrific, to me) Irishman turns or Ford vs. Ferrari since the movie interpretation is not really tied to real that we knew of the characters beforehand.
Haven't seen Bombshell.......I found Zellwegger awfully admirable and good but also a bit studied, yet I didn't find Hanks like that at all......I found Pacino a stupendous Hoffa performance despite not looking or sounding like the real Hoffa much, I haven't seen The Two Popes yet but look forward to seeing the two Brits not playing Brits......I liked Egerton as a Brit actually playing a Brit (!).............. and of course I don't really know how accurate Harriet is compared to these more modern ones but I thought it fit.
This is favorite, not necessarily best, unless those two things for you are the same......

I've only seen half of these but even with that in mind I'm confident in voting for Pacino. Of course I'll check this poll out once again when I see'em all.

Gotta be Pacino. One of the best performances of his career.
HM's to Hanks and Egerton.

Pacino has it handily of the couple that I have seen (easily his best stuff since the 90s) but I could potentially see Hopkins or Theron overtake him. There's much left to see

I've seen half of the list up to now. Since the poll is about our favorite performances and not the most faithful depiction of the real people, I'll go with Pacino (didn't quite look or sound like Hoffa), followed by Hopkins and Pryce.
Great acting by all of them.
