I think DiCaprio misses at BAFTA (not for any particular reason, just by default) and the three remaining slots go to Banderas, Egerton, and Pryce. Ronan gets fifth spot for Lead Actress, and that also becomes the Oscar line-up. BAFTA doesn't nod Hanks, and the other two spots instead go to Hopkins and Song (sure, why the fuck not). Supporting Actress is a cluster-fuck as always, BAFTA probably nominates Pugh and throws in a random absolutely out-of-nowhere BAFTA nod like Julie Walters in Wild Rose or Tilda Swinton in The Souvenir or something.

BEST ACTOR Leonardo DiCaprio- Once Upon a Time in Hollywood Adam Driver- Marriage Story Joaquin Phoenix- Joker
I think these 3 are safe for the Oscar nomination, but BAFTA could be wacky since Bale, Egerton, and Pryce could all have more support over there than say Driver and DiCaprio. For AMPAS though I think Banderas gets one spot, and Bale if he makes BAFTA. I'm still tempted to go with De Niro because he could be one of those that surprises on Oscar morning, but Banderas is sort of already that so I don't know if De Niro will too.
BEST ACTRESS Cynthia Erivo- Harriet Renee Zellweger- Judy Scarlett Johansson- Marriage Story Charlize Theron- Bombshell
These 4 seem set to me at BAFTA, and either Ronan or Nyong'o gets the last spot there. For AMPAS, pretty much the same except with Erivo, Nyong'o, and Ronan fighting for the last two spots. Erivo sort of feels like someone who shows up everywhere but misses the Oscar nomination, but she does have the role and her film has done very well at the box office. Plus "basic" biopics get nominated all time. I think LW could rebound with AMPAS, but who knows maybe it won't. If it does well with BAFTA, it could have been a visibility issue or just SAG and the Globes just not liking it. Nyong'o has the critics and is a former winner, but I'm still wary about the genre of her film.
BEST SUPPORTING ACTOR Tom Hanks- A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood Al Pacino- The Irishman Joe Pesci- The Irishman Brad Pitt- Once Upon a Time in Hollywood
For BAFTA, I'd probably add Hopkins and maybe take out Hanks in place of someone like Hugh Laurie in The Personal History of David Copperfield. For AMPAS, I think Pacino, and Pesci, and Pitt are in with Song being next in line, and then Hanks and Hopkins for the last spot.
BEST SUPPORTING ACTRESS Laura Dern- Marriage Story Margot Robbie- Bombshell Jennifer Lopez- Hustlers
These 3 seem safe for AMPAS and probably BAFTA just because there's like no one else that makes sense in this category. Maybe Robbie could get in for OUATIH at either place, but basically I think they're locked in. Next in line is Johasson, imo. She did miss the Globes, but she got a double nomination at SAG, and JJR was still strong enough to get into SAGE, so I think it's strong enough to get at least one Oscar nomination for acting and Johansson is the best bet right now.
After that I don't know. I think BAFTA goes with Tilda Swinton for The Personal History of David Copperfield or perhaps another British actress for the final spot, but AMPAS, uh I don't know it could be Kidman, it could be Bates, maybe one of the Parasite actresses, or maybe Pugh or Zhao although I think both are longshots now unless Pugh get in at BAFTA. Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if there was some kind of random nomination like Anna Paquin for The Irishman for the final spot.
