I think trying to play actors/ actresses in biopics is difficult because footage of them is so easily available, you'd have to get things exactly right to be convincing - at which point it borders on mockery rather than genuine acting. So I'd see no reason to really play Ingrid Bergman, but if anyone could, I think it's easily Rebecca Ferguson. She's got the looks, and judging from the limited amount of roles I've seen from her, she's got talent. It's just whether she has the vulnerability as well as the charm to pull it off.

If people really feel that they have to play Ingrid Bergman, they should do it where they can't be seen.
