Didn't much like Beautiful Boy (thought he was ok)....kinda really hated The King (thought he was maybe ok in some scenes but not in others)........but I freakin' love his artistic impulses. This is a Pulitzer nominated piece opposite a GOAT UK theater actress no less. What sayeth thee @tyler ?!?! The play opens April 2020. It turns on the story of Leo (Chalamet), a 21-year-old who sets out on a cycling trip across the U.S. After weeks of radio silence, he makes a surprise appearance on the Manhattan doorstep of his 91-year-old grandmother (Atkins). With his life just starting and hers nearly ended, their griefs collide. variety.com/2019/legit/news/timothee-chalamet-london-stage-debut-eileen-atkins-4000-miles-1203410334/

This sounds incredible - Chalamet is fearless. And I love Eileen Atkins - she seems really underrated to me. Hopefully it transfers to Broadway!

The play is incredible: fun, emotional... It's a really good text, I particularly love the relationship between the leading guy and his grandmother. I think Chalamet will fit it like a glove.
