This is tough and a mess  At the moment I'm thinking: 1. Bombshell (which is pretty much a lock to win) 2. Rocketman 3. Joker 4. The Irishman 5. Judy I dunno. I can totally see Downton Abbey here (a-la Victoria & Abdul and stuff like that), I can definitely picture OUATIH being nominated. One of the MCU flicks can definitely make it in here - Captain Marvel has the skrolls or whatever the fuck they're called while Endgame has fucking everybody in it. I guess Sweden doesn't have a contender here this year, what a shame. They should really push The Golden Glove which has some amazing work. Heck, I can even imagine Hellboy at least making it to the shortlist. |
