What's remarkable about this show is the S3 makes you want to watch s1 and s2 again - it's exactly what series TV should do.......I just put Oldman in the Last Great Performances thread - he fits this role - now - anyway like a glove

having gotten through S2, I can say I handily prefer the freshman season (more dynamic and focused where S2 was muddled and the cast doesn't get enough screentime together), but looking forward to checking out S3. Oldman is fantastic.

The third series finale felt a tad rushed for my liking, and we didn't get nearly enough of Tearney and Taverner. But there were some satisfying moments indeed, and that preview for Series 4 looks tantalizing indeed.

Man, this show is insanely addicting. I don't think I'd have been able to watch it week by week, I can't imagine waiting each cliffhanger out. Ok, the loss of Olivia Cooke is still deeply felt, 3 seasons in. I was shocked they dropped her within 2 episodes of s. 1, she was incredible - effortlessly vibes with Oldman, Lowden, had the feist and humor.
