Which director's filmography have you completely finished?
Richard Linklater The Coen Brothers
There are several up and coming directors that I still need to see a few shorts from but are very close such as Kelly Reichardt, Andrea Arnold, and Barry Jenkins.

I knew there would be more right after I posted.
Kenneth Lonergan.
Andrew Haigh, Alexander Payne, and Adam Elliot are also very close.

Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu, I've seen all but one of the features of each of Paul Thomas Anderson and Andrei Tarkovsky.

If you ask in that way: Only Aleksandr Petrov, Jean Vigo & Don Hertzfeldt (can't think of more at least), all of which work more in the field of shorts anyway (I mean Hertzfeldt & Vigo have one feature film, Petrov is yet to make one).
In terms of feature films there are (if we really count everything it would be quite hard, I mean who has seen Kubrick's omnibus episodes?):
Stanley Kubrick (only short left is The Seafarers) David Lynch (I've actually not seen the Twin Peaks series though, only the film) Pier Paolo Pasolini Eric Rohmer Terrence Malick (bar Voyage of Time which I did not yet have an option to see) Andrei Tarkovsky

Haha yeah I debated whether or not to include him in my list. But I guess he does certainly count. Probably the biggest one hit wonder of all time in the film world.

not seen F&D nor Spartacus, not in a huge rush to do so Spartacus is actually really good, it only has one shot that looks like Kubrick but in turn you got homoerotics in the senate (and arguably also on the battlefield with all dem naked muscles), well coreographed fights, great expressive colours and wide angles and of course the patrician's against the plebs. I mean you could always root against Spartacus. Either way it's my favorite roman epic, it's the only one that does not feel it's length (at least from what I've seen). I'd also recommend Quo Vadis though, it's a tad more zany with Nero singing while burning down the city and stuff. F&D is bad but somewhat essential. I mean it managed to rake in more votes than Celine and Julie go Boating, Mysteries of Lisbon, World on a Wire, People on Sunday & A Moment of Innocence (all of which are arguably more conventional) based on practicly everyone saying it's bad (and not even ridiculously bad like some of the movies on all time worst lists, just bad), that's quite a feat. Admittedly it has some interesting ideas though (it's quite avant-gardistic but also incredibly clueless) and it gives hope to young filmmakers because anyone could make a better film. Maybe try it next time you're drunk and have nothing better to do.

Spartacus is actually pretty good compared to stuff like Gladiator. Obviously one of Kubrick's weakest but still very much worth watching.

Xavier Dolan Jean-Pierre Jeunet (I think... nearly anyway.) Andrew Dominik David Lowery Tim Burton (Nearly. Not seen either his Batman or Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children.)
There may be more, not sure. There's certainly a few I've seen everything by as they only made one film
