Anybody else playing those characters wouldn't work for me. I've seen it too many times

There's no way that would happen. The film is still incredibly popular today.

"A modern day remake of Pulp Fiction any ideas?"
Here's an idea: DON'T REMAKE IT.

Jeez, look at the no fun crew around here. I wouldn't ever want to see a remake of Pulp Fiction, but a fantasy fan casting of current actors is almost always fun.
Vincent: Christian Bale Jules: Will Smith Mia: Mary Elizabeth Winstead Butch: Hugh Jackman Marsellus: Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje Winston Wolf: Bryan Cranston Jimmy: John Gallagher Jr. Pumpkin: Andrew Lincoln Honey Bunny: Piper Perabo Lance: Jake Gyllenhaal Zed: Jason Clarke Trudi: Analeigh Tipton Jody: Amy Acker Fabienne: Astrid Bergès-Frisbey

Even some simple speculation on who you would cast in a remake of a popular film is such a despicable action, with such power to impact on the actual quality on the original film; that its reputation will now be damned. I'm going to change my rating of Pulp Fiction from a 10 to a 1 because you suggested Astrid Bergès-Frisbey should play Fabienne. It doesn't matter that I've never hear of Astrid Bergès-Frisbey, the mere suggestion has spoiled a classic of modern cinema for me. You and anyone else who partook in this thread, or lets call it what it is really; crime against cinema are monsters. For Shame.
