No one clinched the EGOT last night, but here's how some of last night's winners are closer:
OSCAR + GRAMMY 1. Lady Gaga 2. Ludwig Goransson 3. Mark Ronson 4. Anthony Rossomando 5. Andrew Wyatt
OSCAR + EMMY 1. Kate Biscoe 2. Regina King 3. Spike Lee 4. Rami Malek
No Tony winners took home an Oscar last night.

Holy shit, Olivia Colman has never won an Emmy? Damn. Well, I'm guessing The Crown is about to change that.
On a semi-related note, it's really interesting that all four of this year's acting winners all had their breakthroughs on television. 4 Emmys between them and they're all previous Emmy nominees (Ali was even before Moonlight). Even more interesting that they could all be around the television awards circuit the next year or two -- Ali in True Detective, Colman in The Crown as I said, Malek in the final season of Mr. Robot, and King has Watchmen and is just always around at the Emmys in general. I definitely think this overlap of TV/movie awards success for actors is only going to become more of a trend.

I really dislike the way these categories are always laid out - I know, I'm being too precise, but an Oscar and Grammy for singing is you know, the same thing.
You should act for your EOT in EGOT.
Bah humbug......

I think John Legend was the most recent EGOTer. Kate just needs a Tony.

I can't see any of the Grammy winners doing TV or theatre, and I can't seem any of the Emmy winners doing music, so I guess none of them. Gun to my head, I'd choose King 'cause I can see her doing well in Broadway if she ever chooses that path.

Spike could EASILY produce a music record and write/direct a stage production to become an EGOT. Surprised he hasn't yet, but it could definitely just be a matter of time. I know he's already flirted with doing both. And Malek apparently can sing, and he's EXACTLY the kind of actor who shines doing theatre, so I think he's a very possible EGOT too. I could also definitely see Gaga down the line doing a stage musical and she's already done TV.

I can't see any of the Grammy winners doing TV or theatre I mean, Gaga already has done TV, and a few months ago Rosie O'Donnell was saying the two of them are doing Funny Girl together on Broadway, so she'll probably get there at some point.

Probably cause you know Ryan Murphy will continue giving her roles on his shows.

Elton John is now an EGOT after his Emmy win.

He is an Oscar and a Tony winner; he can sing (has done musical theatre) and has a good voice, which he has already lent to audiobook narration, so a Grammy is not out of the question; and an Emmy shouldn't be too difficult if he gets a good role on a good show (I mean, if Matthew Mcfayden did it, so can he). Which would be funny, given the absurd levels of hate he gets in this forum.
