Well I can tell you the worst song - Lily, Rosemary and the Jack of Hearts - an interminable 257 minute song (maybe just feels like it) that stops the album dead in its um, tracks.

It's still a really great record but it's not the equal of his 1965/66 best ones and arguably not even the equal of some of his other great ones like Time Out Of Mind and Love & Theft.........but he always was the master of the put down song and Idiot Wind is one of his best and has all of his customary venom.
