And I’m not talking showing off your lineups from each individual year. I mean combining *everything* from the decade into five slot lineups. I love variety, and I’d be fascinated to see all the unique choices. Try not to include 2018 yet as the year’s still not done. Unless it’s a GOAT, then you can go ahead.
Anyway, mine are.

I tend to love supporting performances that do a lot in a short amount of time. For example, my Supporting Actress win for the 2000s is Viola Davis in Doubt. I think Mara is so strong in the opening scene that I would've gladly watched an entire film starring her character, and yet we're left with Zuckerberg the d-bag (Eisenberg is tremendous in the film too and just missed my lineup). Since (within the film) she's the entire impetus motivating Zuckerberg to create Facebook in the first place, that character's presence needs to be felt throughout the entire film, and she succeeds in doing that in less than ten minutes of screen time. I also think her closeup reaction to the roommates mocking her bra size is operatic in its pain, like something out of a silent movie. She also delivers what may possibly be my favorite line of dialogue of the decade perfectly: "Mark, you're probably going to be a very successful computer person, but you're going to go through life thinking girls don't like you because you're a nerd. And I want you to know, from the bottom of my heart, that that won't be true. It'll be because you're an asshole." Beautiful.
