I don't really think either of them were that great, in fact both for me were among the weakest of their respective casts, but I'll give the edge to Mara.

both wonderful and underrated performance but I think Foy's character was more interesting and challenging. Her character is so stiff and neurotic and initially not particularly likable, but she garners so much sympathy towards the end and conveys a lot of strength, and comes to be a total badass. the bit where she's fucking with her stalker's mind in the padded room is everything
