1. Darling - Real Estate 2. Ubu - Methyl Ethyl 3. Stars - The Money War 4. Can I sit next to you - Spoon
How 'bout you?

But "Follow the Leader" gets stuck in my head all the damn time. Funny because those two are probably my least favorites (off of an amazing album though!). But the musicality and versatility that I saw was possible on We Are the 21st Century Ambassadors... came out in full force on this one. Probably my favorite of their albums. Any other recent albums I should check out?

Any other recent albums I should check out? I agree. It's like Ambassadors but so much more grandiose. I actually haven't listened to much new stuff yet. This guy SOHN dropped an album recently, I think you'll dig him. He's like James Blake but a lot more upbeat.

4. Can I sit next to you - Spoon The subliminal advertising they did for this song was so interesting, kind of mind blowing actually. Also a big fan of Darling. My top so far other than those 2: Mac DeMarco - This Old Dog and My Old Man Dirty Projectors - Cool Your Heart Spoon - Hot Thoughts

I hadn't heard great things about this new album so I've been putting off listening to it for a while, but I feel like I have to now

finally got to listen to Sampha's Process. Whole album was terrific, but if I had to choose a favorite track it would be this one:

oooooooh boy, I just found so many amazing singles! I can't believe it's only March because 2017 is already better than last year.
in alphabetical order:
3WW - alt-J (robb summed it up)
Andromeda - Mastodon Not much of a metal fan anymore but I have fond memories of Mastodon, and this is the most hard-hitting single from their upcoming album. The other two were bland as hell. This one is a return to form.
Buddies - Quelle Chris Darkly hilarious song about being in love with yourself set against a gnarly trap beat.
Cool Your Heart &Up in Hudson - Dirty Projectors "Cool Your Heart" is a soaring, summery pop piece while "Up in Hudson" is a gorgeous alt-R&B ballad. Both are excellent singles from a very strong album.
Goose Snow Cone - Aimee Mann Heartrending indie folk off Mann's upcoming album Mental Illness. The lyrics might be about depression.
Green Light & Liability - Lorde
"Green Light" is power pop meets dance-pop and it's an instant earworm. Turn those speakers to the fuckin max and sing along. "Liability" is a short & sweet piano ballad. I am so ready for this album!

Help feat. Edan & Wiki - Your Old Droog Vicious piece of alt-hip hop. The minimalistic refrain is as catchy as it is confounding.
High for Hours - J. Cole This song's all about the lyrics. You can have fun nodding your head to the chill beat, but the song's strongest asset are Cole's socially conscious, unapologetic, and thought-provoking bars.
Hypnotized - Coldplay No more of that shitty sellout power pop. This song is a callback that feels like it could have been released on A Rush of Blood to the Head, and it's a sweet and tender and perfect.
Next Time - Laura Marling Dare I say unlike much of her music, this one is a really easy listen. Low-key folk placed over a rough acoustic beat. Marling's vocals are as beautiful as ever.
Swang - Rae Sremmurd More trap-flavored hip hop. Good shit
others worth mentioning: Can I Sit Next to You - Spoon Get Up - Xiu Xiu Hallelujah Money - Gorrilaz Jump - Lupe Fiasco feat. Grizzle Only God Knows - Young Fathers Total Entertainment Forever - Father John Misty
