I’m waiting for a bit until I finalize mine, but I honestly think I could make four line-ups of just leading actress performances. The category is just so stacked this year.

No, I haven't It's one of my most anticipated, but it came to my town at the same time as Cold War and Capernaum, which were higher on my list. I'm hoping to see it next week if it's still around. On reflection I'm not sure exactly how I feel about Wildlife overall, but their performances were astounding. Mulligan's is one of the most fearless portrayals of an unlikeable character that I've seen in years, and I actually prefer Gyllenhaal when he's more subdued so this was right up my alley Career-best work from him (well until I saw Stronger a couple days back).

Shoplifters is all over the internet if you can't see it in theatres About Wildlife, I think the first act is just so good in terms of creating tension and subtlety at the same time and culminates in a beatiful note " You know men love each other too, right ?" Second act I felt the change in Jeanette's character it was all too sudden and by the end my impression is the film wants you to be on his side, even though it's supposed to be equal, which is a dissappointment given how affective the critique on male entitlement and fragile masculinity in the first act is. But I love the photo studio motif and Diego Garcia' cinematography, should be more known by now.
