The same (mostly) high standard for both of them, until the 80's, when they started to slow down.
Trintignant still worked with major directors, from the 90's up until now. So in that regard, Trintignant.
Hope Delon has at least one more in him.

Trintignant was more low profile but most consistent.
Delon career ended in 1980. But in his prime of the 60s and 70s Delon by far

Delon has Higher highs as far filmography goes, while JLT has obvious longevity.
