Yeah that’s an L on me standing by that. Didn’t foresee theaters getting shut down.

Apparently Alexandre Desplat dropped out of this and now the score will be composed by that uber-hack Lorne Balfe

Wasn't the movie due to be released in May? I assumed the music would already have been done.

Plus they posted the news on March 31 so I dunno if it even fits your theory. Sounds plausible to me, Marvel parting ways with a good composer and replacing him with a hack. But I hope you're right and Lorne Barf doesn't replace Desplat after all!

I don't think it's a prank, major sites have reported it and haven't corrected that information. Feels way too random and weird to prank about.

And so far they’re the only publication to break the news (every other pundit has cited them as a source). I’m braced for it coming to pass (which will suck hard), but I’m taking it with a grain of salt right now.

Does anyone even remember this was coming out lol. Honestly I don't think 75% of the people who watched Endgame even remember that she died without someone pointing it out and they'll go, "oh yeah... forgot about that".

Glad they aren't dropping it on Disney+ for free. I'd rather pay to see it in theaters instead of paying 30 bucks to watch it home like every other movie I've seen for the past year.

This is so sad, it won't be a box office success. Scarlett Johansson deserved way better than this crappy decision.
